  • Erin Lovrien

Fascinated by the beauty of athleticism and the joy of movement, Erin Lovrien decided at an early age to pursue a career in dance. Training for her career included an introduction to Pilates, which quickly became a passion in itself! In 2010, Erin completed The Fletcher Comprehensive Program of Study in Tucson, AZ, which included over 580 hours of experience. She has been teaching Pilates in the Valley ever since. Erin loves building clients up while working them out because she is passionate about encouraging others to live their best life. She loves the upbeat atmosphere of Club Pilates and the "we can do it!" team attitude that comes from working out with a full class. When not in the studio, Erin can be found performing professionally with local dance companies or enjoying the outdoors with her family.

  • Kim Tice

I have been practicing Pilates since 2000, received my Pilates training through the PhysicalMind Institute in 2007, and have been teaching barre since 2008. I have been attending the Pilates on Tour Rehab Summit continuing education conference every year since 2011. I also attended the university of South Florida participating in their Modern Dance and Theatre Program. I have over 3 decades of experience in the fitness industry as well as being a corporate trainer for 15 years. I have a passion for teaching principally Pilates. I am eager to share my passion with clients to suit their needs, issues and goals. I strive to provide each client with challenging yet fun Pilates and barre workout sessions that will leave them feeling invigorated and refreshed. Pilates is a way of life for me and I follow the philosophy from Joseph Pilates. It is an education in body awareness during class as well as after, in addition to being an excellent teaching method on how to train your mind, build symmetry and coordination in the body.

  • Kim Waithe

Kim started her Pilates certification after completing a degree in Kinesiology. She has never found an exercise method that is as unique as this! Kim is continually fascinated by how effective Pilates is both for post injury rehabilitation, and as a method to drastically improve physical fitness. Whether her clients are interested in reducing pain, rehabbing injuries, or getting toned, she loves finding creative ways to help them reach their goals!

  • Jeni Austin

    Instructor

Originally from Minneapolis, Mn. Jeni studied dance and theater when at 16yrs old a routine checkup showed a slight curvature in her spine so her doctors decided to fuse her thoracic spine with a titanium rod for prevention of scoliosis. It wasn't until 20 years later she discovered Pilates. Finally an exercise program that didn't limit her because her lack of flexion in her spine. In fact, It was the first time since her younger years she felt as good as she did when she was a dancer. So she decided to get her Certificate as a Pilates Trainer with Pilates Sport Center in Studio City CA. Jeni is inspired everyday by people she has met and trained. To be a part of someone’s transformation to a healthier, better body, and to help them reach their goals and have a greater awareness about their body that transcends to their day to day lives is the best reward around! I believe working out should be fun and not a chore. With Pilates their are so many levels and styles and progressive evolution to the practice you can do it for a lifetime. Whether you are a student or a teacher you can always discover new ways to move, and learn, and in so doing learn new things about yourself in the process! Something fun about me: I'm a goofball and still a thespian at heart. Any chance I can dress up, like Halloween or Renaissance I'm there! And you don't have to ask me twice to sing karaoke. Even if I don't really know the song. :D

  • Jordyn Siegfried

Jordyn was introduced to Pilates through Club Pilates Master Trainer, Erin Lovrien. Jordyn has been trained in barre and has taught at multiple barre studios in the valley. Her previous experience as a Physical Therapy Technician and her existing love of fitness made Pilates a perfect fit. Come get a well-rounded workout, whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to tone up. As a life-long dancer, who knows what she will have planned! Be sure to say hi if you see her on the basketball court, as she is one of the Phoenix Suns Dancers!

  • Jennifer Walters

    Instructor

After graduating with a degree in Exercise Science and wrapping up her career as a cheerleader, Jennifer searched for something that would fill the void of both. After being introduced to Pilates she fell in love with the full body movement in every class along with the rehabilitative benefits, from there she was hooked and hasn't looked back since. Jennifer loves to focus on the prevention of injuries along with rehabilitation, but every class will surely be a fun workout!

  • Jessica Brester

    Instructor

I've been active in sports since childhood. Into adulthood, running became my primary method of exercise. Although a great option, I lacked flexibility and didn't know how to change it. I've also had issues for several years with back and neck pain that kept creeping in. A friend recommended taking an intro at Club Pilates because she loved it so much for her physical issues. After that intro class in 2017 my eyes opened up to a new way of life and hasn't been the same since! Pilates has given me the flexibility, body awareness, and centering that I'd been missing. I'm happy to now be a Pilates instructor at the Club Pilates Tempe location. I've gained so much as a client myself, and am so excited to now help others achieve their goals through focused movements in an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment! I'm currently also in the IT industry, assisting employees with their computer needs. When I'm not at my day job or in the studio taking or teaching classes, you may find me at Phoenix Rising soccer games, festivals, or spending time with friends and family. My other interests include painting, reading sci-fi novels, watching documentaries, scrolling through reddit, and embarrassing my friends with epic dance moves. Hope to see you in the studio soon!!

  • Emily Kredit

    Pilates Instructor

Emily’s love for Pilates began at the age of 12 when she started cross training for ballet. She continued her practice through high school and college where she was a dance major at University of Arizona. She trained with Karen Clippinger at Cal State Long Beach’s Dance Science Department and became certified with BASI Pilates with a specialization in training dancers in 2007. She has taught in Nevada, California and here in Arizona while performing and pursuing her professional dance career. Emily enjoys sharing her passion for Pilates and truly believes in its benefits for everybody from professional athletes to post surgical patients and everyone in between.

  • Ashley Zarr

    Instructor

Originally hailing from Iowa Falls, Iowa, Ashley grew up actively involved in dance, theatre, and teaching (it’s in her blood- both her parents have their Masters in Education). Following her passion for dance and the freedom and joy that movement inspires, she earned her BA in Dance from the University of Iowa, sharing that love through teaching at multiple studios both in Iowa, as well as here in the Valley after her relocation in 2010 to follow her dream of dancing professionally. Having been fortunate enough to work with multiple companies over the past eight years, as a freelance artist and company member, and working with children and adults in the dance medium for the past 13 years, Pilates was a natural transition from the dance world. Introduced to the idea of the Teacher Training program through Club Pilates by fellow former dance company members Jordyn Siegfried and Erin Lovrien, Ashley jumped in with both feet. Having suffered from multiple injuries in her college dance career, but adamant about pursuing a healthy lifestyle for as long as she can remember, Ashley has been both inspired and impressed with the personal healing and physical advancements she’s seen in her own body, as well as those she’s been fortunate enough to work with. Excited by the possibilities and passionate about the journey, Ashley is looking forward to helping other see the potential within themselves that can only truly be unlocked by this “Mind-Body Connection” that Joseph Pilates knew to be true so many years ago. In addition to pursuing all things health, Ashley loves being outdoors, especially if it involves the woods or water, creating handmade gifts for those she loves, cooking, and spending time with her friends and fiancée, Jon, and, of course, dancing.

As a former gymnast, Sasha found Pilates easy to fall in love with and the drive to become a Pilates instructor soon followed. Sasha loves the versatility that Pilates can offer all types of clients with different ability levels, different goals and different body types. She enjoys incorporating exercises in class that help clients work towards achieving their personal fitness goals, so please share yours with her before class!
