Dr. Lucey graduated from the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980. Dr. Lucey joined the Tri City's team after graduating, and became Tri Citys Medical Director in 1998. Dr. Lucey's professional interests include feline medicine, geriatrics, dental care and working closely with clients to provide their pets with optimal care. Outside of work Dr. Lucey spends as much time as she can with her two children and her 4 feisty cats.
Dr. Westhof is a true Arizona native who grew up in Tucson, Arizona and obtained her Bachelors degree from the University of Arizona. She then attended veterinary school at Washington State University where she was able to fully experience winter for the first time. Now living back in the Valley of the Sun, she has been an associate veterinarian at VCA Tri-City Animal Hospital since 1999 where she enjoys the great variety of patients she meets as part of this small animal practice. When not at work, Dr. Westhof tries to keep control over her home, which is usually quite a challenge with four cats and seven dogs (four dachshunds, one goldendoodle, one yorkie and one little terrier mix) who have their own ideas of how the home should be run. She also enjoys reading, cooking and the occasional river-rafting trip. Dr Westhof's professional interest are preventive medicine/ wellness, the use of ultrasound in general practice, & feline medicine.
